هذه اللعبة الجميلة التي أحببناها دائما ولطالما انتظرناها تطل علينا بالجزء الرابع وعلى الكمبيوتر وفي هذا الجزء سوف تلعب دور LEON بطل الجزء الثاني من سلسلة العاب RESIDENT EVIL فبعد الانتهاء من كابوس Raccoun city المليئة بالجثث الحية التي تريد اكل البشر ( zombies ) يتم ارساله في مهمة خاصة لايجاد ابنة الرئيـــس , التي تم اختطافها سوف يسافر لقرية في اوروبــا , حيــث هناك اخر مرة تم رصد ابنة الرئيــــــــــس اعداء اللعبة هم اذكى و اسرع من كل الاجزاء السابقة ,, هم على شكل مزارعيـن عاديين , يكفي ان تقترب اليهم لكي تعرف الباقي ....
